X
Y
In 1886, X invited a wealthy banker and his wife for dinner at his estate. Because the banker was not sure about the dressing etiquettes, he directly sought X's advice. X sent him to a noted tailor and had him design a special dress for him, and the banker attended the dinner in that dress. On his return to home, he chose to wear the same dress to a local club Y to show off. The dress grew very popular there and has remained so ever since, and now is more popularly known by the name of the club. Give me X and Y and of course the attire we are talking about.
